a year ago today my world came crashing to the ground
a year ago today i watched as the Twin Towers fell
a year ago, i watched in horror as the smoke
a year ago, i prayed in vain that they would live
a year ago, God called his children home
a year ago, God needed his Angels
a year ago, mommies and daddies and aunts and uncles
a year ago, all left and went home to heaven
a year ago, 365 Firemen gave their lives for others
a year ago, i lost my uncle
a year ago, my heart was broken
today it breaks again

How i miss you so. Tell Momma and Daddy hi for me please and tell them that i love them and that i'm trying to be good like they want to be and like they raised me to be. i miss you all so much, my heart is breaking all over again, i wish the pain would stop, i wish the hurt and wanting you all would stop.
Tell everyone i love them, and i wish they could see me be married. Daddy would be so proud, and so happy when he walked my down the aisle. i know you will all be there when i do get married, but i wish i could hug you all and give you a kiss and i could wipe the tears from daddy's eyes and Momma's as well. i miss you and i love you.
